Use your own house plans or one of our creative designs. We encourage you to make our plans your own or if you are looking for something unique or have a challenging block of land, we can design a home to suit your individual needs. We work with you to create your coastal lifestyle.

Selecting finishes and colours to suit your personal style can sometimes be a challenge. We have qualified interior designers to guide you through the process to create beautiful interiors.

Building your own home or completing a renovation is exciting and we take the stress out of the process by providing you with a dedicated team throughout the process. Owner and founder, Liza Sterlson, personally works with each client from start to finish and we are proud to be known for having our clients settling into their new homes in the shortest possible time frame.

For those looking to upgrade, renovate or extend their home, we have a fantastic range of design ideas to suit any budget.

And when your home is finished we’ll be there to take care of any concerns you may have whilst you are settling in and provide you with a 6½ year structural guarantee.
