Liza has always been passionate about design and building.  At the commencement of the Aquatic Homes company, Liza assisted Steve on site for the first 3 years, giving her a unique insight into the building process.

After graduating from the Interior Design Academy in 2004, Liza offers a complementary interior design service as a normal part of every New Home project.

Liza prides herself on the ability to schedule projects, allowing a smooth transition through the entire process. She is motivated, caring and not afraid to challenge the boundaries of ordinary builders.

Liza personally works with every client and is involved throughout the entire building process, taking the stress out of building the home of your dreams.

Steve Kilvert –  Builder

Steve has 30 years experience in the building industry after starting his career in carpentry and later moving into earthmoving. He completed his builder’s license 15 years ago before starting Aquatic Homes & Pools with Liza in 2002.

With a very hands-on role in the business, Steve is the Head Supervisor, Estimator & Quality Controller and is personally involved in every project undertaken by Aquatic Homes & Pools.
